Problem(s) Encountered:

As we attempted to close the dropout, it got stuck about a foot from closed position. We attempted to open the shutter again and re-close it, but to no avail.

Solutions:

While motion was found to be possible during the next morning, one of the hydraulic rods was found to be sheared and bent.  The cylinder had to be replaced.  This must have made a pretty loud BANG when it went!  Failure was likely due to the high winds and extreme cold.
