Problem(s) Encountered:

Telescope appears to be at zenith, but thinks it is at +48

Solutions:

Attempt made to rehome encoders but problem persisted.  Stowed telescope, shut down servers and power-cycled the TCS box (not to be done without consent of MDM staff!).  Once everything was brought back online, the problem was corrected.
