Problem(s) Encountered:

We were unable to click on certain buttons on the Owl GUI, so we restarted it.  However, upon restarting, we could no longer connect to the device.

With the assistance of John Thorstensen, we realized we needed

to reboot the mdmarc2 computer, and Thorstensen was able to

reboot it remotely w/o assistance from the 2.4m observer.

Solutions:

The control machine, mdmarc2 needed to be reboot.  This can be performed remotely with the following command:

sudo /sbin/reboot
