Problem(s) Encountered:

TCS and xmis2 GUIs were no longer present.  Could not get them to open.

Solutions:

This occurs when McGraw crashes.  Verification can be performed by trying to ssh to mcgraw.  If this occurs, the only fix is to have the machine, labelled and found in the 1.3m computer room, hard cycled.  After rebooting, GUIs can be opened and initialized.  If this occurs, it is also worthwhile to shut down JSkyCalc and restart it so it can initialize as well.
