Problem(s) Encountered:

OWL stopped taking data. We attempted to restart OWL and got the following error:

ERROR - Driver  PCI Device 0  failed to open

ERROR - ( CArcPCI::Open() ): Failed to open device ( /dev/astropci0 ) : ( errno: 16 ) - Device or resource busy

Solutions:

Shut down Owl software and reboot mdmarc2.
