Problem(s) Encountered:

Tracking stopped at 1:10am.  I discovered this at 2:50am after waking from a nap.  Determined that it was due to the declination motor cutting out.  This has to be reset on site, but I could not reach the 2.4m observer by email or phone (x8665).  I closed the dome and mirror cover, which is not making good contact according to the tcs, undoubtedly because the telescope is parked on the meridian, at -25 declination.


Solution:

Dec controller, as expected, needed to be reset.
