Problem(s) Encountered:

Filter wheel was stuck, power cycled filter wheel.

Solution:

Noting that filter wheel control is failing on an at least daily basis lately.  To resolve, filter wheel is power-cycled and the xmis2 GUI is re-initialized.  Not sure what is going on with this but if it persists without a presentable solution, we will likely swap to the 2.4m filter wheel.

UPDATE:  Filter wheel controller board replaced.
