Problem(s) Encountered:

 ...the dome didn't budge when I tried to acquire my first target.  I suspect it's iced up, but did not look into it any further. 

Solution:

Dome was frozen in place. Sunlight resolved the issue. Upon testing the dome shutter, copious amounts of water started pouring out when open about 80% of the way. Will monitor before opening again tonight.
