Motion failure, zero'ing coordinates, telescope servers and documentation

Problem(s) Encountered:

The telescope refused to move from my first target to my second. I tried "telescope stop" and "telescope start" and restarting the gui, but the gui threw an error about a port problem. At this point I should have just reset the port but I didn't see that part of the documentation, and ended up cycling the power on the TCS, homing everything sequentially, and then rezeroing the encoders, which took quite a while (I did keep the 2.4m running through this). I emailed Eric some suggestions for improving the online documentation to help make this more efficient. Once I got everything back on track, the rest of the night went smoothly.

Solution:

Documentation has been updated.  A page has also been added to the McGraw page detailing the required steps to zeroing errors in telescope coordinates.
