Problem(s) Encountered:

At opening, the Owl system was not capturing the telescope position.

Solution:

Cycling Owl and even rebooting mdmarc2 did not resolve the issue.  Ultimately, closed the TCS GUI and cycled the telescope servers.  After bringing the GUI back up and restarting Owl, noticed in the Owl log that a connection to the TCS was acquired.  All was well after this.
