Problem(s) Encountered:

MIRAGE computer not responding so camera cannot take images. Need someone to take a look at the laptop.

Solution:

Laptop needed to be restarted.  We lost the AC in that computer room for some reason and I’m wondering if it went into a thermal shutdown.
