Problem(s) Encountered:

A TCS message complained about losing connection

with the RA and DEC encoders.  Restart with the levelers was required.

Solutions:

If this was a message along the lines of “RA and/or Dec encoder(s) not responding”, then this is a non-issue—well known although not easily removed.  Thankfully, it does not relate to a real issue occurring.
