Problem(s) Encountered:

The START controller switch on the TCS would not turn on due to an apparent issue with the telescope platform.

Solutions:

The telescope interlock was manually overridden (switch is up in the Telescope Control Junction Box).  This should not be done without consulting with MDM staff first.  The problem arises from a limit switch not being actuated as the platform is lowered.  This switch has been adjusted and should actuate correctly now.
