Problem(s) Encountered:

Had an issue with the USB extender for the TCS computer.  Neither the mouse nor the keyboard works through the extender, but they do work through the USB ports on the machine in the computer room.

Solutions:

Tried power-cycling the hub located behind the TCS system monitors but that didn’t work.  Reboot the PC, which did work.  Another thing to try might be to simply pull and reseat the USB cables, but I’m not really sure.
