Problem(s) Encountered:

Tried to open the dome, but the shutter stopped opening about 25% through it's travel. I could close it, stop it, and try to open it again, but it would stop in the same spot.  This was regardless of whether the dropleaf was open or closed.

Solution:

Talked with Justin this morning and verified that the shutter motor would shut off with the dome at 25%  This indicated an issue with something potentially actuating the OPEN limit prematurely.  With plans to go up, we determined that one last attempt to open the dome was worthwhile.  And… it opened all the way. 

Later, determined that the wiring for the dome fans had come loose and fallen into the dome shutter gearing.  This of course, meant that a new wire harness for the dome fans needed to be fabricated.  But it also turned out to be the source of the premature limit actuation.
