Problem(s) Encountered:

On two occasions I caught the telescope focus creeping up. The first time I was unable to move the focus by any means. Decided I would home everything and restart the TCS computer and chassis.. I had stowed the telescope and homed the dome by the time the focus responded to the hand paddle. Was able to send it to a value through the TCS as well. It had crept up 70 units. The second time it crept up 10 units but I was able to send it back to the original value no problem. Probably just a transient issue.

Solution:

Nothing to add here, but this is something we should monitor.
