Problem(s) Encountered:

After sending back to zenith from the TCS, the final HA ends up at -00 00 53.

Solution:

I believe if you want to get it to actually read closer to HA of 0, one would set the equinox to current, instead of 2000.  Just a theory though.  Certainly -00 00 53 is close enough.
