Problem(s) Encountered:

At the end, the mirror cover would not close when commanded with the button on the MIS gui. I closed them using the switch on the hardware panel in the computer room, toggling it down.

Solution:

Noticed that although the ’Next Object’ indicators had cleared as expected, GUI stated “Slew Enabled”.  Hit the stop button and noted that the telescope began to move at track rates.  Set track rates to zero and stowed to zenith.  After hitting the stop button, mirror covers became responsive again.
Interestingly, while troubleshooting, the West Petal indicator stopped working (said closed although cover was open).  Found today that the magnetic reed switch had failed.  Replaced it.  Interestingly, it appears to be working again in the shop.  Tested covers and all indicators are functioning again.
