The 2.4m TCS control PC, being a Windows10 system, is prone to occasional restarts, typically associated with software updates.  In order to try to get observers back online as quickly as possible, I’ve compiled a list of essential steps to bringing the control systems back online.  These can be found from the Gotchas page or the Hiltner page of the website, as well as simply right here.
