The acronym, NOAO no longer exists.  All that was NOAO is now named NOIRLab.  One impact this has had is to the MDM naming service on the network.  Use of *noao* in any attempt to acces MDM machines will no longer work.  Instead, users must now replace any instance of *noao* with *noirlab*.
