MDM Use Fees

•Vehicle Use Fee: $25 each way ($50 round trip)

•OSMOS Mask Fee: $187 / mask

•Vehicle Use: Enter the number of one-way trips.  For example, use of an MDM vehicle to travel to MDM, then back to Tucson constitutes two one-way use fees.

•Multi-Object Slit (MOS) Masks: Enter the number of masks fabricated.
